A 2000 LPH (Litres Per Hour) RO + UV + 2 Dosing System RO Plant is an industrial water purification system capable of producing approximately 2,000 litres of purified water every hour. It is commonly used in hospitals, hotels, schools, food industries, pharmaceuticals, bottling plants, and commercial facilities.

Process Flow

Raw Water Tank → Feed Pump → Pressure Sand Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → Chemical Dosing → 5 Micron Cartridge Filter → High Pressure Pump → RO Membranes → UV Sterilizer → Product Water Tank

Two Dosing Systems

1. Antiscalant Dosing
   • Prevents scaling on RO membranes.
   • Improves membrane life.
   • Installed before the cartridge filter.
2. pH Correction / Chlorine Neutralizer /Chembazer Sodium Bicarbonate 5Kg/ Mineral Dosing
   • Selected based on raw water quality and application.
   • Used for pH adjustment, dechlorination (e.g., sodium metabisulfite), or mineral addition after RO.

Warranty Coverage

The Pump and SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply) are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of the purchase invoice against manufacturing defects only. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at Ishamina's sole discretion.

Warranty Claim Process

• Securely pack and ship the defective Pump or SMPS to the Ishamina Registered Service Center.
• Shipping/courier charges to the service center must be borne by the customer.
• Ishamina is not responsible for transit damage, local technician charges, installation charges, or service visit fees.
• The repaired or replacement part will be shipped back to the customer by Ishamina.

Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Sediment Filter
• Carbon Filter
• RO Membrane
• Flow Restrictor (FR)
• Solenoid Valve (SV)
• High Pressure Switch (HPS)
• UV Lamp/Assembly
• Any consumable or wear-and-tear parts

Warranty Will Be Void If

• Product is physically damaged or mishandled.
• Electronic parts are damaged due to water or moisture.
• Damage occurs due to voltage fluctuations, power surges, or improper electrical supply.
• Pump has been operated under dry-running conditions.
• Product has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized technician.
• A valid Amazon purchase invoice is not provided.

Limitation of Liability

Ishamina's liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the Pump and SMPS covered under this warranty. Ishamina is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including water leakage, property damage, or business interruption.
