The Tata 36" × 72" Pressure Filter Vessel is a heavy-duty filtration unit designed for removing iron, manganese, suspended solids, turbidity, color, and unpleasant odor from groundwater and borewell water. It is widely used in residential complexes, commercial establishments, industries, schools, hospitals, hotels, and water treatment plants.

The vessel is manufactured using high-quality mild steel and coated with corrosion-resistant epoxy paint. It is suitable for continuous operation under high pressure and can be customized with various filtration media depending on raw water quality.

Working Process

1. Raw water enters from the top.
2. Water passes through iron removal media.
3. Dissolved iron oxidizes into insoluble particles.
4. Iron particles are trapped within the media bed.
5. Clean water exits through the bottom outlet.
6. Periodic backwashing removes accumulated impurities.
