A Top Open Vessel 1000 LPH RO + UV + 2 Dosing System Plant is a commercial/industrial water purification system designed to produce 1000 liters of purified water per hour. It combines Reverse Osmosis (RO), Ultraviolet (UV) sterilization, and two chemical dosing systems to provide safe, high-quality drinking or process water for industries and institutions. Typical 1000 LPH systems include pretreatment, RO membranes, UV disinfection, and automatic controls.

Water Treatment Process

Raw Water Tank → Feed Pump → Sand Filter → Activated Carbon Filter → Dosing System-1 (Antiscalant) → Cartridge Filter → High Pressure Pump → RO Membranes → UV Sterilizer → Dosing System-2 (Mineral/pH Correction if required) → Product Water Storage Tank.

Function of the Two Dosing Systems

• Dosing System 1 (Antiscalant):
  • Prevents scale formation on RO membranes.
  • Increases membrane life.
  • Improves plant efficiency.
• Dosing System 2:
  • Used for pH correction, chlorine dosing, or mineral dosing, depending on water quality and application.

Warranty Coverage

The Pump and SMPS (Switch Mode Power Supply) are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of the purchase invoice against manufacturing defects only. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced at Ishamina's sole discretion.

Warranty Claim Process

• Securely pack and ship the defective Pump or SMPS to the Ishamina Registered Service Center.
• Shipping/courier charges to the service center must be borne by the customer.
• Ishamina is not responsible for transit damage, local technician charges, installation charges, or service visit fees.
• The repaired or replacement part will be shipped back to the customer by Ishamina.

Warranty Does NOT Cover

• Sediment Filter
• Carbon Filter
• RO Membrane
• Flow Restrictor (FR)
• Solenoid Valve (SV)
• High Pressure Switch (HPS)
• UV Lamp/Assembly
• Any consumable or wear-and-tear parts

Warranty Will Be Void If

• Product is physically damaged or mishandled.
• Electronic parts are damaged due to water or moisture.
• Damage occurs due to voltage fluctuations, power surges, or improper electrical supply.
• Pump has been operated under dry-running conditions.
• Product has been tampered with, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized technician.
• A valid Amazon purchase invoice is not provided.

Limitation of Liability

Ishamina's liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the Pump and SMPS covered under this warranty. Ishamina is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including water leakage, property damage, or business interruption.
